Trentodoc is a sparkling wine form Trentino region which is internationally renowned.
Its smell is intense, subtle and complex, with floral and fruity aromas, of baked bread and toasted hazelnuts. Its taste is full-bodied, lively, savory, dry.
Trentodoc, as other Italian sparkling wines, can be matched to several dishes, given its multiple typologies. Only the versions having an higher sugar content (demi-sec, sec and extra dry) are recommended with desserts. If served with a dry Trentodoc (e.g. Brut), the combination may be less harmonious and leave a bitter aftertaste.
