  • 500 grams of mascarpone cheese
  • 400 grams of hazelnut cream
  • 400 grams of fresh cream
  • Ladyfingers
  • Coffee and water, as needed
  • Milk as needed
  • Cocoa powder and chopped hazelnuts to decorate



Whip the cream in a bowl until stiff peaks form;
In another bowl, mix mascarpone and hazelnut cream, beat them until the mixture is uniform;
Add the whipped cream ad gently mix them;
Prepare the coffee, adding some milk;
Assemble your dessert pouring some cream at the bottom of the bowl, create a first layer of coffee-soaked ladyfingers;
Cover the ladyfingers layer with some cream, continue to stratify;
Decorate with cocoa and chopped hazelnuts;
Leave to cool in the fridge for at least four hours before serving.
