VILLA MANIN, 21st E 22nd SEPTEMBER 2019 – FVG SELECTIONS
The FVG Selections of the sweetest challenge of the year took place at the end of September in the splendid Villa Manin di Passariano, Codroipo!
In this last weekend of summer, eight semi-finalists took off their ticket to the Semifinals of the Tiramisu World Cup 2019 which will be held in November in Treviso. Eleonora Andronico, Fabia Zamolo, Enrico Paludetto and Marco Daniel qualified for the “original recipe” category, while Vanessa Orso, Roberta Minisini, Chiara Ongaro and Silvia Zanini qualified for the “creative recipe”.
The Semifinalists also competed in the exciting Final Round of the FVG Selections, where the Tiramisù were evaluated by an exceptional jury. The jury was chaired by maestro Roberto Lestani, president of the Federazione Internazionale Pasticceria Gelateria Cioccolateria, who counted on the help of Mario Del Fabbro, representing Tolmezzo’s Tiramisù by Norma Pielli, and Flavia Cosolo for the Vetturino Cup. The award-winning Tiramisù was that of the young Marco Daniel.
