The Accademici Italiani Gelatieri Artigiani will award the best creative tiramisù gelato among the many submitted by the best gelato makers! On Friday and Saturday, you can taste the recipes of the competing participants at the ice-cream parlour Sant’Agostino by Dassie Gelato!

SEMINAR “MOKA COFFEE”

The origins of the unfailing tool in Italian homes. The moka is used habitually by most of us, but do we do it correctly? An in-depth look at preparation techniques and useful tips for storing coffee correctly.

Presentation of the book “Storia delle nostre paure alimentari. Come l’alimentazione ha modellato l’identità culturale” with the author Alberto Grandi 

New or unknown foods have always generated fears and apprehension. Did you know that one of the most interesting cases was coffee? Imported from Turkey in the 1500s, it caused such an uproar that the Pope intervened. This and many other facts about the history of food.

The book presentation will be followed by a delicious surprise 🥄
