HOW DO THE MONFERRATO SELECTIONS WORK?

The Monferrato Selections are an official stage of the TiramisĂą World Cup Selections, a competition for non-professionals challenging participants to prepare the best tiramisĂą according to the official rules of the competition, available on this website. The Grand Final takes place in Treviso, where the Treviso Selections will be held on October 9 and 10, while the World Semifinals and the World Final will take place on October 11, also in Treviso.

Participants will compete on July 4 in the setting of the Foro Vinario in Moasca (AT), at the foot of the charming Castle, in groups of up to 10 people divided by category and therefore by time slot, according to the choice made during ticket purchase (Original Recipe category or Creative Recipe category). The winner is the contestant who achieves the highest score at their table. It is possible to compete in both categories by purchasing two tickets.

The winners of the Monferrato Selections in Moasca officially become Semifinalists and will gain direct access to the World Semifinals taking place in Treviso on the morning of October 11. Semifinalists living more than 80 km from Treviso will also be awarded one night of hotel accommodation for the occasion of the Semifinals in Treviso.

In addition, the winners of the Moasca Selections (one per table) will compete again on the evening of the following day, Sunday, July 5 at 8:00 PM, in the Stage Final to determine the Champion of the Monferrato Selections!

The Stage Final is an additional non-elimination competition dedicated to the winners of the previous day. Participants will compete for the title of Champion of the Monferrato Selections and, in any case, will still remain Semifinalists in Treviso.
