INGREDIENTS

2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons of sugar 
250g of mascarpone
Ladyfingers as needed
Unsweetened coffee as needed
Unsweetened cocoa powder as needed
100g of praline hazelnuts
70% dark chocolate as needed
Amaretti cookies as needed

DIRECTIONS

Quickly dip the ladyfingers into the unsweetened coffee. Arrange the ladyfingers to form the first layer, then dust with cocoa powder, dark chocolate shavings, and a few crumbled amaretti cookies.

Whisk the egg yolks with the sugar, then add the mascarpone and two tablespoons of finely ground praline hazelnuts. Mix until well combined.

Add a layer of cream on top of the ladyfingers. Then place a second layer of ladyfingers, cocoa powder, chocolate shavings, and crumbled amaretti cookies. Finish with a final layer of cream and decorate as you wish, letting your creativity guide you.
