FERVO di ASTORIA

Match a passito wine with a chocolate dessert? Quite a difficult challenge, but let us be surprised by this violet Fervo. A new trellis structure for drying has been created up in the Conegliano hills by Astoria: the grapes naturally lose 70% of water in this way.

This passito wine’s pressed must macerates with grapes skin and acquire structure and colour, a ruby red with Marasca cherry and berries scent. After the fermentation in barrel steel finally we obtain “Fervo” Colli di Conegliano Refrontolo Passito DOCG, with gentle scent of cherry and blackberry.

An apparently unusual match with Tiramisù, isn’t it? Just have a try!
