Astoria toastes with you to its many successes. The love for the land and the constant evolution represent a source of pride, where pictures gain a deep sense and an effective communicative substance. Only the best Glera grapes are selected for this Cuvèe, which are picked up manually. Then, grapes are gently pressed and we proceed to the static decantation of the must. The main fermentation stage takes place in steel containers at 16°C. Then, the secondary fermentation takes place in the autoclave. The last stage is the resting of the wine in the bottle for at least 1 or 2 months: the taste is intense, sweetish, fruity and extremely harmonious.
