Last Saturday, 3 April, our Tiramisu Star Beatrice Elisabetta Castellan put together her spoons and sac-à-poche for a very sweet tiramisu cooking class in English! And we really have to say… thanks to this experience, we had the wonderful opportunity to meet so many tiramisu lovers from all over the world!
During the cooking class on Zoom, we met friends from very far away countries: Frederic and Mazan joined the cooking class from Canada, while our friend Gilberto connected directly from Curitiba, the capital of the state of Paranà, in Brazil! We were separated by many kilometres, but that didn’t stop us from being together, having fun and learning the secrets for a perfect tiramisu!
Our Star Beatrice explained the traditional recipe of tiramisu, the dessert that most represents Italy in the world and that everyone wants to learn how to make according to the traditional Italian recipe! What better way to surprise family and friends for a special occasion!
