Are you ready to celebrate with us the “Tiramisù Day” 2021? 🎉 Since 2017, March 21 has been identified by our friends Clara and Gigi Padovani as the World Tiramisù Day: a celebration that aims at spreading the love and the values linked to the most famous dessert in the world, which is also a relevant source of pride for the Made in Italy.

This year we want to celebrate the “Tiramisù Day” on Sunday, March 21 with a Tiramisù Overseas Session dedicated to the popular dessert.
🇺🇸 From 10am to 1pm (Pacific Time) (6pm-9pm Rome Time) we will prepare tiramisu together with experts, food bloggers, chefs and international guests from USA, Canada, Brasil and Russia. From their home kitchen, everyone will share and prepare their recipes during the online event, which will be live on Facebook and YouTube.

Francesco Redi, founder and organiser of the Tiramisù World Cup, will present this Overseas Session directly from Italy, together with Ale Gambini, an Italian author living in Los Angeles, known for her books “A Queen in the Kitchen” and “No Ketchup on Spaghetti”  🎤

Be ready to meet all our special guests: the Chef Maurizio Peccolo; the Food Blogger Cynthia McCloud Woodman; the Food Blogger Christina Conte; Silvia Chiave, General Consul of Italy in Los Angeles; the Italian Food Writers Clara and Gigi Padovani, the Tiramisù Star Elisabetta Castellan; the Food Historian Francine Segan; the Chef Giovanni Trigona; the Chef Alberto Alboreggia; the Chef and Food Stylist Barbara Pollastrini; the Executive Pastry Chef Daniele Chiandussi.

Join the event on Facebook if you don’t want to miss any news! Remember to tag @tiramisuworldcup when you share your delicious desserts on your social media profiles 📸
