For this special occasion, we want to share with you our Easter version of Tiramisù.

INGREDIENTS

ladyfingers

bitter coffee

mascarpone

yolk

sugar

bitter cocoa

gianduia chocolate

To decorate:

chocolate eastereggs

 

DIRECTIONS

Beat the sugar and the egg yolk in a mixer until it doubles in volume, then add the mascarpone. Divide the cream into two bowls, and to one of them, add the gianduia chocolate. Put together everything using an English soup mold. Layer the mold with chocolate sponge cake, mascarpone cream, gianduia cream, and ladyfingers. Decorate with colorful chocolate eggs.
