INGREDIENTS
(Serves 8 people)
- 500g of mascarpone cheese
- 5 eggs
- 5 tablespoons of sugar
- Milk as needed
- Mint syrup as needed
- Dark chocolate
- A pinch of salt (optional)
- Ladyfingers
DIRECTIONS
Separate the egg yolks from the white. Whip the yolks with sugar until stiff, then add mascarpone with the help of a spoon. Whip the egg whites until stiff and add a pinch of salt, then mix it with the yolks. Prepare the syrup for the biscuits by mixing milk and mint syrup. The mint flavour has to be predominant. Assemble the dessert in a rectangular casserole: pour the mascarpone on the bottom of the bowl, then add the chocolate flakes and a layer of biscuits soaked in the milk and mint syrup.
Proceed in the same way until you finish with a layer of chocolate flakes.
Leave it in the fridge for a couple of hours; serve cool.
