INGREDIENTS

3 egg yolks

50 g sugar

6 strawberries

250 g mascarpone

Ladyfingers (as needed)

Lemon (just a drop)

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar.

  2. Incorporate the mascarpone.

  3. Divide the cream into two bowls: leave one plain and add the blended strawberry pulp to the other, mixing well.

  4. Soak the ladyfingers in a mixture of water, sugar, and a drop of lemon juice.

  5. Create a layer of soaked ladyfingers and strawberry cream.

  6. Add another layer of ladyfingers and soak again.

  7. Spread the plain cream on top.

  8. Slice the strawberries to create a rose-shaped decoration.
