INGREDIENTS
4 egg yolks
125g of sugar
500g of mascarpone cheese
250g of ladyfingers
Cocoa powder
Moka coffee
DIRECTIONS
Start the preparation by pouring the 🥚 egg yolks and sugar into a 🥣 bowl. Whisk the two ingredients together with an electric mixer until the mixture is frothy. 😋 Next 🥄 incorporate the mascarpone cheese and continue to whisk. ⚠️ This step must be quick otherwise the mascarpone will tend to melt. With that done, start dipping the ladyfingers in the ☕️ cold mocha coffee and lay them on a cutting board. Next, place the 🍪 biscuits in the casserole dish making sure to put them all in the same direction. Once the first layer of ladyfingers is complete, arrange half of the previously prepared cream on top and sprinkle with a little cocoa powder. 🤎 Repeat the same procedure for the second layer, remembering this time to put the ladyfingers in the opposite direction to the first one! 😉 Now… a dusting of cocoa to finish! 🙌🏼
