This recipe is by Susanna Pistolato, Semifinalist at the Tiramisù World Cup 2019 and Finalist in the Contest “Your Best Strawberry Tiramisù 2021”


250g of mascarpone cheese
50g of whipping cream
1 and a half egg yolks
75g of sugar


Cut the strawberries into small pieces and add sugar and lemon. With other strawberries, prepare a gelée that you store in small heart-shaped moulds.
Whip the egg yolks with the sugar and add the mascarpone to make the cream. Finally, mix in the previously whipped cream, taking care not to disassemble the mixture.
Make the small glasses by placing the cut strawberries on the bottom, making them stick to the glass, add the cream, soak small pieces of ladyfingers in strawberry sauce and place them on top of the cream. Continue with chopped strawberries and more cream.
Repeat the layer of ladyfingers, strawberries and cream.
Finish with clumps of cream, strawberries and for each glass a small heart of gelée and a touch of mint.
