500g of mascarpone
60g of egg yolk
140g of vanilla powdered sugar
35g of Strega liqueur
Ladyfingers as needed
Coffee as needed
Cocoa as needed
To prepare the Stregamisù start by making the coffee. Once ready let it cool. Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat the yolks with the vanilla powdered sugar and then add the mascarpone. Once the cream reaches the desired creaminess, add 35g of Strega liqueur, mixing well with a spatula. The mascarpone cream is now ready.
Take your favourite mould and start composing the tiramisu.
Start with a layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee and continue with a layer of mascarpone cream.
When you have finished the various layers, sprinkle with cocoa.
The Stregamisù is ready to be tasted!
