This recipe is by Alessandra Vendemiati, Semifinalist at the Tiramisù World Cup and winner of the contest “Your Tiramisù for the Planet”

INGREDIENTS  

Ladyfingers
Coffee
250g of mascarpone cheese
3 tablespoons of sugar
2 yolks
Cocoa
Dark chocolate
Decorative sugar paste images
Green sprinkles   

DIRECTIONS

Beat the egg yolks and the sugar with a whisk 🥣 until the mixture is light and frothy. 
Gently incorporate the mascarpone cheese. Soak the ladyfingers in coffee ☕, place them inside the circular pastry dish, alternating a layer of ladyfingers soaked in coffee with a layer of mascarpone cream. 
Use a stencil depicting the 🌍Time for the Planet🌍 logo to decorate the last layer with sifted cocoa. 

Remove the pastry cup, make decorations with a pastry bag around the circumference of the cake, apply dark chocolate and sugar paste plaques all around the tiramisù 🎂. 
Finally, decorate the dish with sprinkles, cocoa and stencils. ✨
