This recipe is by Bruna Pimenta, Tiramisù Contest “The Best Halloween Tiramisù”


5 egg yolks
290 gr of sugar
3 egg whites 
20 gr of gelatine
250 gr of mascarpone
coffee to taste
cocoa powder to taste 

To Decorate:
Sugar paste 


Beat the egg yolks with 200 gr of sugar until they are white and creamy. Beat the egg whites with the remaining sugar until they become meringue. Hydrate the gelatine and set aside. Meanwhile, mix the mascarpone with the amaretto and gently add the egg yolks and meringue. Dip the biscuits in the coffee, then layer the cream and cocoa.
