INGREDIENTS

(Serves 4 people)

  • 3 fresh medium eggs
  • 250g of mascarpone cheese
  • 125g of sugar
  • 20 Ladyfingers (Recommended Brand: Matilde Vicenzi)
  • Coffee
  • Cocoa powder to decorate

DIRECTIONS

First, prepare the ☕️ coffee and let it cool in a 🥣 bowl. Proceed by whipping the three 🥚 egg yolks with the sugar and then incorporate the mascarpone cheese, resulting in a smooth cream. If you want to obtain a frothier cream, Andrea recommends adding the three egg whites ❄️ beaten until stiff. At this point you can proceed to soak ten ladyfingers with coffee, taking care not to soak them too much, and arrange them in a row in the centre of a 🍽 plate. Spread half the cream on the ladyfingers and then place another layer of ten ladyfingers soaked in coffee on top. Finish by placing the remaining mascarpone cream on top. 😋 Cover the cream with sifted cocoa powder! 🤎
