Recipe by Fabio Dall’Acqua for the Christmas Menu 2023


500g of pumpkin
500g of potatoes
1 tub of Lattebusche gorgonzola and mascarpone cheese
1 knob of butter
300g of flour
1 egg
1 tablespoon cocoa
Salt to taste


Steam the pumpkin and potatoes.
Once they are warm, add the egg, flour and a pinch of salt.
Mix everything together well.
Form small balls with the mixture to make gnocchi.
Bring a pot of salted water to the boil and cook the gnocchi until they rise to the surface.
Once cooked, transfer the gnocchi to a pan where you have previously melted the gorgonzola with the mascarpone and added a knob of butter.
Stir gently and serve on a plate.
Garnish with a generous sprinkling of cocoa.
