INGREDIENTS

50g of sugar 

yolks 

Unsweetened coffee 

Mascarpone cheese 

Ladyfingers 

Cocoa powder 

DIRECTIONS

Beat the eggs with the sugar until you obtain a perfect mix. Add the mascarpone cheese little by little and make sure you do not whip it too much. Brush the ladyfingers with some unsweetened coffee until they are soaked as desired. Arrange the different layers: ladyfingers, cream and cocoa powder.
