Cocoa Pavesini
150g of Greek yogurt
200ml of light whipped cream
50g of fructose
Grated coconut to taste
Bitter cocoa to taste
Fresh fruit to decorate


Using an electric whisk, whip the Greek yogurt with the fructose and, once the mixture is thick and creamy, set aside.
In a second bowl, whip the cream.
Add the cream to the Greek yogurt and mix with a spatula.
To make the Sweet Sandwiches, fill the Pavesini with a pastry bag (alternatively, you can also use a teaspoon). Before closing the Sandwich, dust with unsweetened cocoa.
Decorate the plate with raped coconut and fresh fruit.
To make your dessert even tastier, you can add red fruits to the yogurt cream!
