250g of mascarpone cheese
2 egg yolks
2/3 spoons of sugar
About 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
About 1 teaspoon of ginger
2/3 cup of coffee mocha
1 package of ladyfingers
Unsweetened cocoa powder

🥄 Start by preparing the mascarpone cream as per the classic recipe by mixing the 🥚 egg yolks with the sugar and then with the mascarpone cheese in order. Next, add the ginger and cinnamon to the 🥣 mixture according to your personal taste and gently incorporate them. At this point you can proceed with dipping the ladyfingers in the ☕️ coffee and arranging them on the bottom of the 🍽 plate. Once this step is done, pour half of the cream on top and repeat the process to create the second layer of ladyfingers and cream! 🤩 To finish, decorate with ladyfingers separated into smaller pieces and slightly soaked in coffee, sprinkle with unsweetened cocoa powder and scatter a few squares of candied ginger over the surface… if you follow your ✨ imagination a little, you will be able to really create your own creative tiramisu, the best in the world! 😋
